2 Day Ferment…Homemade Pizza Dough Rocks!

Thanks again, Peter Reinhart…your dough recipe is amazing!  Just some simple organic King Arthur unbleached all purpose, home-concocted sauces, mozzarella mushroom and a wee bit of onion.  Yay Pizza!
