A good friend of mine caught this salmon in Alaska, and I just had to prepare it with the greatest respect – simply, allowing the flavor of the salmon to dominate. Grilled to perfection on our new Charbroil Infrared Patio Bistro, this salmon was spiced with only salt and pepper. The red/green bell pepper/onion garnish was sauteed in butter only – the flavor of the salmon was stunning and the garnish only added to the tastiness of this awesome catch! Thanks again to my angling buddy – and to God for providing us with such an incredible meal!
