Bread and Cheese Heaven!

This is a hunk off a piece of Garlic Fugasse purchased this morning from the Stone House Bread Cafe in Leland, Michigan.

The bread is garnished with a generous slice of Fromager D’Affinois (aka double cream Brie) from The Cheese Lady (note the logo at the top of the cheese wrapper).

Makes for an exquisite comparison/pairing of two opposing flavor profiles…but it works out brilliantly!The buttery creaminess of the cheese is complimented wonderfully by the garlic baked into the bread – truly a tast combination not to be missed…….
